City of Scranton, PA Chapter 272 Gas Piping Standards

§ 272-1 Adoption of standards.

There is hereby adopted by reference the 1974 Edition of the National Fuel Gas Code as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Such code shall be in full force and effect in the city as if fully set forth herein.

§ 272-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any provision of the National Fuel Gas Code shall be subject to the penalty of § 1-16.
