§ 428-80 Adoption of regulations by reference.

The regulations entitled "Business Privilege and Mercantile Tax Regulations of the City of Scranton" are adopted to facilitate the assessment and collection of business privilege and mercantile tax due the City of Scranton from sources based in the City of Scranton.
