The word "person," as used in this article, shall mean any natural person, partnership, firm, association, organization or corporation.
No person within the Township of South Fayette shall willfully make or cause to be made any loud, boisterous or unseemly noise or disturbance or maintain an unusually bright or glaring light to the annoyance of another person.
No person shall operate or cause or allow to be operated upon the premises owned or occupied by such person, within the Township of South Fayette, with the exception of farmers, on Sunday, any heavy equipment such as bulldozers, highlifts, steam shovels, tractors and similar equipment.

A. 
The operation or use of any automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle, engine or motor of whatsoever size when used on tracks, courses, dragways and all other like racing areas not being public highways between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and on Sundays before 12:00 noon and after 11:00 p.m. shall be unlawful. All hours and time mentioned herein shall refer to and be constructed to mean Eastern daylight savings time.
B. 
Any condition or use of premises or of building exteriors which is detrimental to the property of others or which causes or tends to cause substantial diminution in the value of other property in the neighborhood in which such premises are located shall be an unlawful nuisance. This includes, but is not limited to, the keeping or depositing on or the scattering over the premises of any of the following:

(1) 
Junk, trash or debris.
(2) 
Abandoned, discarded or unused objects or equipment, such as motor vehicles, furniture, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, cans or containers.
(3) 
Maintaining or causing to be maintained any dangerous structures, including but not limited to abandoned, occupied or unoccupied buildings or parts of buildings.
(4) 
Maintaining or causing to be maintained upon any unenclosed porch or exterior attachment which faces a regularly traveled thoroughfare furniture, other than furniture designed for exterior use, which is commonly intended for use inside a dwelling, including but not limited to upholstered sofas, chairs, davenports, beds, divans and the like.
(5) 
The use of a porch roof or other second-story or higher portion of a structure for a nondesigned use, unless said porch roof or other portion of a structure is specifically designed for said use.
Any act in violation of the preceding sections of this article is hereby declared to be a nuisance.

Upon complaint to the Police Department by any person disturbed or annoyed by noises or lights in violation of this article or by police officers acting on their own initiative without any complaint, the Police Department shall investigate such complaint and, if found justified, shall issue notice of such complaint to the person causing or person permitting continuance of such nuisance, notifying him immediately to abate the nuisance. If the person so notified refuses or neglects to abate the same forthwith, complaint shall be filed against the offending person. Any person however may be arrested for violation of any section of this article upon the direct complaint of any other person.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution for each and every offense and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, however, that each day's violation of any of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
