The proper officers of the Township are authorized
and directed to establish no-parking areas on the public streets in
the Township of South Fayette. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is the
list of streets and other locations within the Township where no parking
is to be permitted or where parking is to be otherwise controlled
in accordance with the limitations set forth in said Exhibit A. Said
Exhibit A is incorporated herein as if the same was set forth at length.[1]

It is hereby established that no parking of
motor vehicles shall occur on the public streets in the locations
set forth on the aforementioned Exhibit A or otherwise in violation
of parking controls imposed under this article. Parking in violation
of the posted signs on the aforementioned streets or otherwise contrary
to the terms hereof shall be a violation of this article.

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 15-2016, adopted 9-21-2016, provided
that the fines for no parking in the Township are now updated in Exhibit
A (attached to said ordinance and on file in the Township offices)
and shall be in effect for all no-parking areas in the Township.
