Pursuant to the authority granted by 53 P.S. § 10201 et seq.,
the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Straban hereby establishes its
five-member Planning Commission, to be known as the "Planning Commission of
the Township of Straban."
Said Planning Commission shall be organized in accordance with and have
all the powers and duties set forth in 53 P.S. § 10201, et seq.
Procedures for appointment and removal of members shall also be in accordance
with said statutes.
