It shall be unlawful for any person without a license to drive or operate any unlicensed motor vehicle upon any private property in the Township of Swatara without the written consent of the owner or other person in control or possession thereof.
No tract, trail, autocross or other area shall be set aside for the operation of motor vehicles for sport or recreation on private property without securing a zoning permit pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 295, Zoning.

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $30 nor more than $600 and costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Every day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
The words "motor vehicles" and "license" shall have the meanings attributed to them under the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.[1]
