§ 149-1 Election to administer and enforce.

The Township of Union hereby elects to administer and enforce the provisions of the 2018 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, as released by the International Code Council.

§ 149-2 Adoption and incorporation by reference.

The 2018 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the Property Maintenance Code for the Township of Union.

§ 149-3 Methods for administration and enforcement.

Administration and enforcement of the Property Maintenance Code within the Township of Union by the Code Official shall be undertaken as set forth in the 2018 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, and as supplemented from time to time by resolution of the Union Township Board of Supervisors.

§ 149-4 Board of Appeals.

A Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals shall hear appeals from decisions of the Code Official, in conformity with the provisions of the 2018 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, and as supplemented from time to time by resolution of the Union Township Board of Supervisors.
