[The Upper Merion Township Authority was
organized under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 [the Act
of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended and supplemented (53 P.S. § 301
et seq.)] pursuant to a resolution adopted 4-30-1953 and as evidenced
by a certificate of incorporation dated 5-20-1953. The Articles of
Incorporation of the Authority were amended 1-4-1968 by Ord. No. 68-212
to extend the term of existence of said Authority to January 1, 2018.

was organized under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 [the
Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended and supplemented (53 P.S.
§ 301 et seq.)] pursuant to an ordinance adopted 4-1-1985
as Ord. No. 85-473. The complete text of the Articles of Incorporation
is on file in the office of the Township Manager.]

[The Upper Merion General Authority was
originally organized as the "Upper Merion - Valley Forge Municipal
Authority" under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 [the Act
of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended and supplemented (53 P.S. § 301
et seq.)]. The Articles of Incorporation of the Authority were amended
6-12-1986 by Res. No. 86-1 of the Upper Merion - Valley Forge Municipal
Authority (which resolution was adopted 6-16-1986 as Ord. No. 86-486)
to change the name of the Authority from "Upper Merion - Valley Forge
Municipal Authority;" to add a list of certain projects the Authority
may undertake; and to extend the term of existence of the Authority
until the year 2036. The complete text of the Articles of Incorporation
is on file in the office of the Township Manager.]

[The Upper Merion Municipal Utility Authority
was organized under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 [the
Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended and supplemented (53 P.S.
§ 301 et seq.)] pursuant to an ordinance adopted 7-21-1986
as Ord. No. 86-487.[1] The complete text of the Articles of Incorporation is
on file in the office of the Township Manager.]

changed the name of the Authority from the “Upper Merion Municipal
Authority” to the “Upper Merion Sanitary and Stormwater
