A.
C2 Highway-Commercial Districts may make appropriate provision for
a wide range of highway or oriented retail, automotive and heavier
service-type business activities which ordinarily require main highway
locations and cater to the transient as well as to local customers.
B.
Within the C2 Highway-Commercial District, a building may be erected,
altered, or used and a lot or premises may be used when in conformance
with the conditions of this chapter and the specific area and design
regulations of this district.
