Borough of Waynesboro, PA Article II Borough Council

§ 61-4 Policy.

It is stated to be the policy of the Borough of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania to pay the elected Councilmen of the Borough of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania reasonable compensation for services rendered in office to said Borough.

§ 61-5 Councilmen's compensation fixed.

A. Commencing January 1, 2014, newly-elected Councilmen shall receive the sum of $250 each month.

B. Commencing January 1, 2016, all Councilmen shall receive the sum of $250 each month.

§ 61-6 Manager to cause Councilmen's compensation to be paid.

The Borough Manager shall cause the same to be paid from the Borough Treasury.

§ 61-7 Date compensation payable.

The monthly compensation due shall be payable on the last day of each month.
