The Board of Supervisors does hereby enact and ordain a pension
plan for all nonuniformed employees of West Whiteland Township, the
same to be known as "West Whiteland Township Non-Uniformed Employees'
Pension Plan Originally Effective May 4, 1981, As Amended And Restated
Effective January 1, 2008." The full text of said plan is attached
to this article as Appendix A and is included in Appendix B of this
chapter.
Eligibility of the employees to participate in said plan shall
be as defined and set forth in said plan.
Said plan shall be effective as of January 1, 2008.
This plan is enacted pursuant to the provisions of the Second
Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 66512.
Said plan may be amended from time to time by ordinance of the
Board of Supervisors of West Whiteland Township.
