The Tax Collector of West Whiteland Township
shall deposit directly into the bank account designated by the Township,
from time to time with appropriate interest, all monies collected
as taxes including penalties. The deposits shall be made on the schedule
established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. The Tax Collector
shall deliver a true, verified statement, in writing, to the Township
Secretary of all taxes collected during the period, giving the names
of taxpayers, the amount collected from each, along with discounts
granted or penalties applied, if any, and the total amount of taxes
received, discounts granted and penalties applied, on the day of deposit.
