Ad hoc boards may be established as deemed necessary
by the Board of Supervisors in accordance with the requirements of
the ordinances of the Township and this Administrative Code. Such
boards shall be created only for specific and temporary purposes.
The exact purpose of such boards shall be specified at the time each
ad hoc board is created.
All ad hoc boards shall be advisory boards and,
as such, they shall be advisory in nature and shall perform no administrative
duties. Ad hoc boards shall have the authority and responsibility
to seek findings of fact, express opinions or make recommendations
in the specific areas of responsibility granted to such boards at
the time of their establishment.
