On or after the passage of this article, it
shall be unlawful for any person or persons to hunt, shoot, wound,
kill or pursue with intent to kill or wound any deer situate in the
Township of Worcester with any firearm except with a shotgun firing
a single ball or slug; but nothing in this section shall be construed
to prevent the hunting of deer in season with bow and arrow within
the Township of Worcester.

From and after the enactment of this article,
it shall be unlawful for any person to hunt for, shoot at, catch,
take, wound or kill or attempt to catch, take, shoot at or kill game
of any kind within the Township of Worcester, except as hereinafter
provided.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes all wild birds and wild animals, whether protected
or unprotected under the game laws of the commonwealth, found in a
wild state.
A.
This article shall not prohibit the owner, tenant
or lessee, or members of the household of such owner, tenant or lessee,
from hunting or gunning upon land occupied by such owner, tenant or
lessee within this township and on which he or they reside.
B.
This article shall not prohibit those having written
approval of the owner or lessee of a tract of land, and promptly displaying
such approval on request, from hunting and gunning on such tract of
land. Such approval shall be valid only during the calendar year in
which it is dated. Such approval shall be on forms supplied to the
owner or lessee of the tract of land upon his request by the Board
of Supervisors.
