The police power of the City of Rensselaer Police Department
shall extend to all of the property of the Rensselaer Housing Authority
as if the same were public property.
The City of Rensselaer Police Department be and it is authorized
to enforce all statutes of this state and all local laws, ordinances,
rules and regulations of the County and City of Rensselaer on the
lands and property of the Rensselaer Housing Authority.
