A.
The members of the New Hope Borough Council and the Mayor
of New Hope shall be compensated in an amount not to exceed the maximum amount
allowed under the Borough Code 53 P.S. § 46001 and § 46025,
as that statute may be amended from time to time.
B.
Such compensation shall be payable not more frequently
than monthly or quarterly and the same may be waived by a majority vote of
Council from time to time.
