Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Ch. 182, Beaches,
Cleaning of, adopted 6-14-1995 by Ord. No. 3108-95.
The Township Attorney is authorized to prepare and the Mayor
and Clerk are authorized to execute agreements providing for the utilization
of Township personnel and beach cleaning equipment to clean private
beaches in exchange for a grant of the right of the Township to utilize
those beaches for environmental or other educational programs, provided
that the owners of such beaches bear the cost of the salaries of the
Township personnel associated with such beach cleaning.
