Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 122.
The Village Justice Court of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck,
being the Court having jurisdiction of traffic cases, is hereby authorized
to establish a Traffic Violation Bureau to assist said Court in the disposition
of offenses in relation to traffic violations.
The Traffic Violation Bureau, so established, shall be authorized to
dispose of violations of traffic laws, ordinances, rules and regulations in
accordance with Article 14-B of the General Municipal Law. Subject to the
limitations contained in said Article, such Traffic Violation Bureau may permit
a person charged with a traffic violation to answer such charge, either in
person or by a written power of attorney, in substantially the following form:

TO: CLERK OF TRAFFIC BUREAU, Mill Neck, New York, I plead guilty to
the violation herein, waive a Court hearing, authorize you to enter such plea
in Court and to pay the prescribed fine.
