The Monroe County Department of Public Health Lead Poisoning Prevention
Program is hereby authorized to conduct an elevated blood lead level investigation
pursuant to New York State Public Health Law statutes and regulations for
any dwelling inhabited by a child up to 72 months of age whenever that child
has two confirmed blood lead screening tests between 15 and 19 ug/dL within
a one-year period.
