Upon the effective date of this chapter and
thereafter, it shall be lawful within the confines of the Township
of Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey, to operate and conduct on
the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday,"
those games of chance authorized and permitted under N.J.S.A. 5:8-1
et seq., and the rules and regulations of the Legalized Games of Chance
Control Commission of the State of New Jersey.
