§ 33-1 Establishment.

Pursuant to §§ 25-84 to 25-98 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, the Town of North Haven establishes a Flood and Erosion Control Board to be known as the "Town of North Haven Flood and Erosion Control Board."

§ 33-2 Composition; quorum.

Pursuant to the authority contained in § 25-84 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of North Haven shall serve as the Town of North Haven Flood and Erosion Control Board. Two members of the Board of Selectmen shall constitute a quorum.

§ 33-3 Powers and duties.

The Town of North Haven Flood and Erosion Control Board shall be vested with all the powers and duties specified in §§ 25-84 to 25-98 of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended.
