GENERAL REFERENCES
Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 180.
No vehicle of any description shall remain stationary on any street,
road or avenue or portion thereof within the Town of North Haven during or
after any snowstorm so as to prevent or delay the normal operation of snow
removal.
Any vehicle found so parked may be towed to a proper garage by the Police
Department or anyone designated by it, and the owner of such vehicle shall
be liable for the costs incurred thereby.
The owner of such vehicle will be liable to an additional penalty of
$2 for each offense.
