The Town Council of the Town of Mansfield declares there is a need for
a Housing Authority in the Town of Mansfield, and in accordance with Sections
8-40 and 8-41 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, does hereby
create a Housing Authority to be known as the "Housing Authority of the Town
of Mansfield." The effective date of the creation of this Housing Authority
is October 1, 1974.
