The Glen Cove Business Improvement District is established and the formation
of the District Management Association is hereby authorized to operate in
accordance with § 980-g of the General Municipal Law of the State
of New York and the District Plan dated June 12, 1996, on site with the City
Clerk.
The District Plan, filed with the City Clerk, shall not be amended except
in accordance with § 980-I of the General Municipal Law.
This chapter shall take effect as provided in § 980-g of the
General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
