[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Kenhorst 12-1-1977 by Ord. No. 347 (Ch. 1, Part 1, § 4, of
the 1973 Code of Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The auditing of all accounts, receipts and expenditures, ledgers,
and records of the Borough of Kenhorst shall be done and accomplished
by a competent public accountant in lieu and in place of the election
of an auditor and auditors for the Borough of Kenhorst, and such office
of elected auditor is hereby repealed.
