No person operating a vehicle shall turn such
vehicle in a half circle so as to proceed in the opposite direction
at any intersection where traffic is controlled by traffic control
signals or a police officer.
No person operating a vehicle shall turn such
vehicle in a half circle so as to proceed in the opposite direction
on any through street except at an intersection.
