Rates for water within New Castle - Stanwood Consolidated
Water District and penalties for nonpayment of charges shall be as
set forth by resolution of the Town Board in the Master Fee Schedule,
which may be amended.

Where two or more meters supply the same premises
and the same owner, the owner shall be billed at the schedule rates
for each meter independently, giving due effect to the minimum charge.

New subscribers coming during a quarter need pay only
the consumption charge and not the minimum for the balance of the
quarter.

Water for building construction will be charged at
a flat rate depending upon the type and size of the building, the
minimum charge for a new building shall be as set forth by resolution
of the Town Board in the Master Fee Schedule, which may be amended.
The Water Department reserves the right to regulate the purpose for
which the water may be used during construction and may, at its option,
require the water to be metered. No water shall be obtained from the
mains of the Water Department for any purpose except properly authorized
building construction or through a metered service. When meters are
furnished for temporary service, a deposit will be required, to be
fixed by the Water Department in each case. All consumers outside
the water district will be charged a special rate as set forth by
the Town Board.

Special water meter reading. A charge as set forth
by resolution of the Town Board in the Master Fee Schedule, which
may be amended, shall be imposed for any request for a special water
meter reading for any purpose other than maintenance or repair, such
fee to be paid in advance of the reading of the meter.
