A. 
All applications for installation of backflow preventer devices shall be in compliance with Westchester County Health Department requirements and endorsed by the Commissioner.
B. 
Application processing and inspection fees shall be as set forth by resolution of the Town Board in the Master Fee Schedule, which may be amended.

A violation of the provisions of §§ 131-64B or 131-65 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250 for a first offense and $1,000 for the second and each subsequent offense or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment. In addition thereto, the supply of water may be cut off by the water district.
