No person shall fix or attach a sign to any
tree along the streets of the Village, and no person shall willfully
injure, damage or destroy any shade trees planted along the streets,
grass plots or sidewalks of the incorporated Village, nor injure nor
deface any building, fence or ornamental thing in said Village, under
penalty of a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period
of not more than 15 days, or both.
