[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great
Neck Plaza 11-21-1972 as L.L. No. 11-1972.

The Board of Trustees shall have the power by resolution to authorize
the village to contract with the Great Neck Visiting Nurse Association for
the provision of home nursing care and health services to the residents of
the Village of Great Neck Plaza on such terms and conditions as the Board
of Trustees deems appropriate.
This local law shall become effective immediately upon its being filed
with the Secretary of State.
