GENERAL REFERENCES

The salary of the Mayor shall be $2,500 per annum.

The salaries of the members of the City Council shall be $1,500 each,
per annum, provided that the Vice President of the Council shall be paid an
additional $200 per annum.
Salaries shall be paid pro rata by the Clerk-Treasurer of the city on
a monthly basis.
The aforementioned officers shall receive no reimbursement for expenses
except as budgeted annually. Expense reimbursement shall be paid only upon
submission of vouchers therefor and upon authorization by two other officers
of the city. Vouchers shall be accompanied by receipts and logs.
