It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, except police officers
in the performance of their official duties or private individuals acting
in the protection of life or property, to discharge a BB gun or air rifle,
pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun or any other type of firearm within the corporate
limits of the City of Crisfield.

A violation of this chapter shall be declared a misdemeanor punishable
by the payment of a fine of $100 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed
89 days, or both, for each offense.
