No person shall carry on anywhere within the limits of Crisfield what
are commonly called or known as "conjuring," "soothsaying," "necromancy,"
"fortune-telling," "palmistry" or any similar practice, whether any charge,
entrance fee or any other fee or exaction shall be made or asked.

A violation of this chapter shall be declared to be an infraction. The
penalty for violation shall be $25 for each initial offense and $50 for each
repeat offense.
