The more restrictive of the Basic Plumbing Code promulgated by the Building
Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., or the State Plumbing
Code and § 445 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
and hereby is added to the Plumbing Code for the City of Crisfield and is
herein incorporated in its entirety by reference.

A violation of this chapter shall be declared a municipal infraction.
The penalty for violations shall be $10 for each initial offense.
