Trucks in excess of the manufacturer's gross weight of four tons are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V, § 108-18, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle in excess of the manufacturer's gross weight of six tons, in either direction on Conklintown Road, in the Borough of Wanaque, County of Passaic, and State of New Jersey, with the exception of municipal vehicles or vehicles performing municipal services or for the pickup and delivery of materials or providing services for local residents or local residents who reside in the immediate area of Conklintown Road and must utilize said road to access their premises.
B. 
Any person convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall be liable, through a penalty, and pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 15 days or a period of community service not exceeding 30 days, or any or either of the aforesaid penalties.
