A. 
The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey shall hereinafter be made applicable and enforceable for the roads, parking areas and all property for purposes of vehicular traffic and travel at Lots 3 and 5, Block 200, commonly known as "Brookside Heights," Borough of Wanaque, New Jersey.
B. 
The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey detailed on a map entitled "Survey of Lots 3 and 5, Block 200, Prepared for Brookside Heights, a Condominium Situated in the Borough of Wanaque, Passaic County, N. J.," prepared by Boyce L. McGeoch, land surveyor and professional planner, dated September 15, 1980, with most recent revision dated November 12, 1982.
C. 
The enforcement of said statutes in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey has been approved by the New Jersey Commissioner of Transportation.

The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey detailed on a map entitled "Haskell Elementary School - Traffic Circulation," prepared for the Wanaque Board of Education by Richard Wostbrook, P.E., dated July 14, 2006.

The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey shall hereinafter be made applicable and enforceable for the roads, parking areas and all property for purposes of vehicular traffic and travel at Lot 9, Block 227, commonly known as "Wanaque Elementary School," 1 First Street, Borough of Wanaque, New Jersey.
B. 
The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey detailed on a map entitled "Wanaque Elementary School - Traffic Circulation," prepared for the Wanaque Board of Education by Richard Wostbrook, P.E., dated July 14, 2006.

A. 
The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey shall hereinafter be made applicable and enforceable for the roads, parking areas and all property for purposes of vehicular traffic and travel at Lot 1.01, Block 210, commonly known as "Lakeland Regional High School," 205 Conklintown Road, Borough of Wanaque, New Jersey.
B. 
The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey detailed on a map entitled "Lakeland Regional High School - Traffic Circulation," prepared for the Lakeland Board of Education by Richard Wostbrock, P.E., dated August 30, 2006.

A. 
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey, shall be applicable to the streets, private roads, driveways, trails, parkways, parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, areas of ingress and other areas known in the premises known as the "Wanaque Reserve" and identified as Block 313, Lots 1,6 and 8.01.
B. 
The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the traffic site plan and survey detailed on a map entitled "Overall Site Plan Wanaque Reserve," prepared by Steven T. Boswell and dated August 1, 2002.
C. 
In addition to the above-referenced site plan, the following regulations are hereby adopted:
(1) 
Stop intersections. Stop signs are to be installed at the following locations:
(a) 
Buildings 1 through 10: exiting the circular driveway onto Warren’s Way or an interior road.
(b) 
Buildings 1 through 10: exiting the enclosed garage onto Warren’s Way or an interior road.
(c) 
Exiting all parking areas onto Warren’s Way.
(d) 
Exiting the clubhouse parking area onto Warren’s Way.
(e) 
Warren’s Way northbound, at the circle extension of Warren Hagstrom Boulevard.
(f) 
Warren’s Way southbound, at the circle extension of Warren Hagstrom Boulevard.
(2) 
One-way designation. One-way travel is hereby established at the following location:
(a) 
Clubhouse: enter only from northerly driveway and exit only from southerly driveway.
(3) 
No parking. No parking signs shall be installed at the following locations:
(a) 
Warren’s Way: entire length.

A. 
The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall hereinafter be made applicable and enforceable for the roads, driveways, parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, areas of ingress and egress and other areas in the premises known as "The View at Wanaque" and identified as Block 430 Lot 1 commonly identified as 1049 Ringwood Avenue, Wanaque, New Jersey.
B. 
The application and enforcement of Subtitle 1 of title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be based upon and in accordance with the "Preliminary and Final Major Site Plans" prepared by French & Parrella Associates dated May 28, 2015, last revised March 2, 2016, and Wanaque Board of Adjustment Resolution No. ZBA-205-03 Memorialized on May 4, 2016.
C. 
This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and any publication as may be required by law.
