GENERAL REFERENCES

The Village of Irvington will charge a service
fee as set from time to time by the Board of Trustees for checks which
are dishonored and returned for insufficient funds and, at the discretion
of the Village Treasurer, may require future payments to be tendered
in cash or by certified or cashier's check.[1]
Such service charge shall be collected in the
same manner prescribed by the law for the collection of the account
for which the check was tendered.
