Payment in full will be due within 30 days of date of invoice. If invoice charges are not paid within 30 days after the invoice date, finance charges will be assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month (annual rate of 18%) on all past-due amounts, and LASA may at its option suspend a trucked waste hauler's license or generator permit until payment is received.
