Editor’s Note: The ratification of renumbering of this chapter was adopted 10-23-2012 by L.L. No. 5-2012. This local law provided that the provisions of Ch. 60 continued in full force and effect with no change in their meaning or intent, and provided for the adoption of a uniform numbering system of this chapter and for the updating of internal and cross-references throughout the Code.
