Any person who violates or fails to comply with
the provisions of this Code shall be subject to a fine of $90 for
each offense unless another fine or penalty is specified in this Code
or in the General Statutes.
Each day that a violation of, or failure to
comply with, the provisions of this Code shall continue shall constitute
a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
