The Registrars of Voters shall be authorized and directed that in preparing all voter lists they shall include the party affiliation, if any, after each name.

The following locations are established as the polling places for the Town of Canton:
A. 
For regular elections, as defined in § 9-1 of the General Statutes, the Canton Middle/High School.
B. 
For all other elections and referenda, the Canton Community Center.
Another polling place may be designated by the Registrars of Voters by submitting such new polling place in writing to the Town Clerk at least 31 days before the next general, special or primary election, as the case may be; provided any other polling place may be designated within 31 days of any elections by the Registrars of Voters and the Town Clerk in the event a polling place becomes unusable, as provided by law.
