[Adopted 10-3-1966 by Ord. No. 66]
No person shall park or cause to be parked any tractor-trailer or either component part thereof or any vehicle having three or more axles upon the public highway or on private property within the area presently or in the future designated by the Zoning Commission[1] as residential, except for the purpose of loading or unloading or for the purpose of construction or demolition. Residential area shall not include any area which is now or shall in the future be used for business or industrial use, either by virtue of a nonconforming use or by virtue of a variance granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals. Mobile homes shall be excluded from this article.

Any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25 for each offense.

This article has been specifically designated for enforcement by citations issued by designated municipal officers or employees, and the citation hearing procedure established by Chapter 15, Citations, of this Code shall be followed.
