[Adopted 10-5-1874]
All bills against the Town of Haddam shall be presented to the Selectman for payment on or before the 20th day of September in each year. The Selectman shall prepare for publication the Town accounts of this Town for the past years. The Selectman shall cause 600 copies to be published for distribution on or before the 30th day of December each year. Said report shall embrace the entire financial condition of the Town up to the 15th day of October each year.

The Selectmen shall not pay any bill or account against the Town of Haddam unless said bill or account is duly itemized with day and date.
