§ 95-1 Transfer of responsibility to Wetlands Commission.

In order to maintain Haddam's ability to regulate forestry operations as it has in the past, all regulation of forestry operations currently administered by the Planning and Zoning Commission is transferred to the administration of the Wetlands Commission, as required by operation of state law.[1]
