Pursuant to the provisions of C.G.S. §§ 7-148(c)(2)(K)
and 7-131r, the Town of Haddam does hereby create a special fund to
be known as the "Open Space Acquisition Fund."
Funds in this account may come from appropriations,
monetary gifts and fees obtained by the Planning and Zoning Commission
in lieu of dedication of land for open space in new subdivisions.
Expenditures from this fund shall be approved
at a Town Meeting.
