§ 111-9Snow and ice removal.
Any road developed within a subdivision in the Town of Haddam shall be maintained and kept free of ice and snow by the subdivider until acceptance as a public road by the Town. In the event that any needed maintenance is refused by the subdivider, the Town shall provide such services as may be needed and the subdivider shall be billed on a time-and-materials basis by the Town.
