Article I Town Clerk Fees

§ 289-1 Fees to be set by Clerk.

Fees shall be set by the Town Clerk pursuant to the acceptance of MGL c. 40, § 22F (authorizing boards and officers to fix fees), at the June 7, 2010, Annual Town Meeting by Art. 32. Current fees are on file in the office of the Town Clerk.

§ 289-2 Fees to be turned back to Town.

All fees shall be turned back to the Town.
