A. 
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, on South Street, southerly from Garfield Street for a distance of 412 feet to Harvard Street.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., on any day except Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, on South Street, northerly from Harvard Street for a distance of 412 feet to Garfield Street.
C. 
No person shall park a vehicle on East Bacon Street, westerly from Spring Street for a distance of 369 feet. Said vehicle parked in violation may be towed, the cost of such removal and storage charges if any, will be imposed on the owner of such vehicle.
D. 
No person shall park a vehicle on East Bacon Street, easterly from South Street for a distance of 369 feet. Said vehicle parked in violation may be towed, the cost of such removal and storage charges, if any, will be imposed on the owner of such vehicle.
A. 
Any person violating this bylaw shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 for each offense.
B. 
Violations of this bylaw may be enforced via the noncriminal disposition provisions set forth in Chapter 277, Article II, of the Code of the Town of Plainville; in which case, the penalty for any such violation shall be $50. The enforcing person(s) shall be the Police Department.
