Whoever plows or otherwise removes snow in such
a manner as to obstruct any public way within the Town of Sterling
shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50, said fine to inure
to the Town.
Property owners shall be required to clear snow
and ice from all sidewalks that run along the street in front of and/or
to either side of their property within 48 hours of the end of the
storm.
