No person shall, except in the performance of some duty required by law or upon written permission from the Select Board, discharge any gun, pistol or other firearm, in or upon any street or public place.
No person shall fire any squib, serpent, cracker or other preparation whereof gunpowder is an ingredient, or which consists wholly of the same, or make any bonfire in or upon any street or public place within the Town except as provided by state law.
No person shall play ball, fly a kite or throw a stone or snowball, or shoot with a bow and arrow or air gun, or other thing or other appliance for the discharge of missiles within any public street, way or place.
